mapping แปลง account hints จาก rules/suggestions ให้เป็นบัญชีจริงในผังบัญชี ก่อนตรวจและอนุมัติเป็น journal entry

account hint → account mapping → Chart of Account → approve journal entry
เปิดใช้งาน 0ทั้งหมด 0

→ 5000 Operating Expenses

→ 1190 Input VAT
cash_or_accounts_payable
→ 2000 Accounts Payable
เพิ่ม Account Mapping
ผูก hint_key จาก rule หรือ suggestion เข้ากับบัญชีจริง เพื่อให้ journal entry พร้อมตรวจเร็วขึ้น
Mappings ที่ตั้งไว้
mapping ระดับ document type จะถูกใช้ก่อน mapping แบบทุกประเภท เมื่อ hint_key ตรงกัน
